Project Manager | Architecture Apply For This Position

Responsibilities include supporting Senior Project Managers in the development of custom home designs, preparation of interior architectural drawing packages and construction administration duties. Job duties include assisting in the schematic & design development process, preparation of drawing sets, creating & maintaining specifications and schedules, coordinating/collaborating with consultants & architecture firms and managing the construction process. Preference will be given to candidates with furniture, high-end residential and classical architectural design experience.

Ideal candidate must have 2-3 years’ experience in an architecture office setting or similar position. Must be a multi-tasker, detail oriented with strong organization skills, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and enjoy working in a creative environment. Must have a degree in Architecture/Interior Architectural Design and a proficiency in AutoCad, MS Office and Adobe software. Hand drafting/drawing and rendering skills a plus.

Assistant Designer Apply For This Position

This position calls for a highly motivated and creative individual with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in residential design. Candidate must have wide-ranging experience in the complete design process and the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills are essential. We are looking for someone who has a well-established sense of taste and style, with a passion for design.

Expeditor | Design Studio Apply For This Position

Responsibilities include reviewing vendor quotes for proper lead time, pricing, delivery and freight costs, coordination of all aspects of ordering process (including CFA’s, strike-offs and finish samples), WIP reports, scheduling and coordination of production checks, receiving and storage, liaising with accounting department on payments, deposits and refunds, and providing assistance for project installations as needed.

REQUIRED:

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a professional environment that includes purchasing experience, including familiarity with inventory control and accounting procedures
  • Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills, attention to detail, prioritizing and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to interact well with vendors, clients and team members at all levels
  • An understanding of the interior design industry; knowledge of showrooms and vendors

  • Team player works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded.
